Influence of Clamping Force on Stability of Rubble Protective Structure Based on High Void Ratio
Aiming at the problem that the clamping force on stability of rubble protective structure, the clamping force and void ratio of rubble were introduced. The equilibrium equation of rubble protective structure critical stable me-chanics was constructed. The test of rubble protective structure anti-tripping stability was conducted. The results show that in engineering application, the wave and wind resistance of rubble protective structure was directly proportional to rubble thickness and clamping force, and was inversely proportional to the lower surface area and void ratio of the block stone. After using C40 concrete, the clamping force per unit area was 68.53 kPa.When the concrete clamping rubble of 45%,40%void ratio was unstability, the anti-tripping critical values of the concrete clamping rubble were 8.87 and 12.86 times of toss blocks of stone. The clamping force of the concrete clamping rubble were 2.76 and 7.78 times of sum of gravity and friction. The results and changes of anti-tripping stability test of rubble protective structure and theory are same. With the void ratio of rubble protective structure not less than 40%,the craft of lateral or vertical masonry and the craft of diagonal or trigonal caulking can significantly improve the wave and wind resistance of the rubble protective struc-ture.The research results can provide theoretical reference for the design and reinforcement of rubble protective structure.
