石佛寺水库健康评价指标体系构建及应用

河湖(库)健康评价是河湖管理的重要内容,是查验河湖治理保护效果的重要手段,是生态可持续发展的重要基础.依据《河湖健康评价指南(试行)》评价方法与标准,通过对辽宁省石佛寺水库库区物理结构、水质、生态生物、水资源及社会服务功能调查监测数据进行分析,确定各指标层权重值,采用加权综合层次评价方法,构建河库健康评价指标体系,完成辽宁省石佛寺水库健康评价,确定石佛寺水库处于亚健康(74.97分)状态,进而根据健康评价结果,阐述石佛寺水库健康现状存在的主要问题,提出相应的保护对策与展望,为石佛寺水库生态环境的健康和稳定提供了科学依据和技术支持.
Construction and Application of Health Evaluation Index System of Stone Buddha Temple Reservoir
The health assessment of rivers and lakes(reservoirs)is not only an important part of river and lake man-agement,but also an important means to check the effect of river and lake governance and protection,and an important foundation for sustainable ecological development.Based on the evaluation methods and standards of the river and lake health assessment guidelines,this paper analyzed the data of physical structure,water quality,ecological biology,water resources and social service functions in the reservoir area of Stone Buddha Temple Reservoir in Liaoning Province,and determined the weight values of each index layer.The weighted comprehensive hierarchy method was used to construct the river reservoir health evaluation index system.The health of Stone Buddha Temple Reservoir in Liaoning Province was evaluated.The results show that the Stone Buddha Temple Reservoir was in a sub-healthy state(74.97 scores).Fi-nally,the main problems in the health status of Stone Buddha Temple Reservoir were expounded,and the corresponding protection countermeasures and prospects were proposed,which can provide scientific basis and technical support for the health and stability of the ecological environment of Stone Buddha Temple Reservoir.
