Resilience of Supply Chains for Water Transfer Projects Based on Collaboration of Water Quality and Quantity Data
To enhance the resilience of water diversion projects in response to external disturbances and address the is-sues of fragmented water quality and quantity data and insufficient information sharing, from perspective of data collabo-ration in water quality and quantity, this study analyzed the demands and strategic choices of various stakeholders within the water diversion project supply chain. The evolutionary game model was used to establish a tripartite interaction model involving municipal operation centers, water companies along the diversion route, and government agencies.Anylogic was employed to simulate the impact of different factors on the evolution of stakeholder decision-making.The results in-dicate that the data collaboration significantly improves the resilience of the water diversion project supply chain, strengthens the stakeholders'collaborative decision-making capabilities, and effectively reduces water resource waste. This research not only enriches the theoretical framework of supply chain resilience, but also provides valuable guidance for the practical management of water diversion projects.
