基于非均匀分段法的农业用水水平等级确定

农业用水水平是衡量农业综合用水效率的重要指标,以全国31个省市自治区(不包含港、澳、台)为例,借助超效率SBM模型计算农业用水效率,综合对比等分法、自然间断点分级法、均值-标准差法的原理和评价结果,利用非均匀分段法确定农业用水水平等级.结果表明,非均匀分段法确定的农业用水水平为优、良、中、差等级区间分别为(0.835,+∞)、(0.565,0.835]、(0.319,0.565]、(0,0.319],我国农业用水水平综合等级为良,且分布呈现"空间相关性"特征.该方法基本可以客观反映我国农业用水水平及各个省份之间的差异,解决了农业用水水平确定区间随用水效率发生变化的问题.
Determination of Agricultural Water Use Levels Using Non-uniform Segmentation Method
Agricultural water use level is an important index to measure the comprehensive agricultural water use effi-ciency.In this paper,31 provinces and autonomous regions in China(excluding Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan)were taken as examples to calculate the value of agricultural water use efficiency with the help of the super-efficiency SBM mod-el.The principles and evaluation results of equal division method,natural break point grading method and mean-standard deviation method were comprehensively compared.The non-uniform subsection method was proposed to determine the agricultural water use level.The results show that the grade ranges of excellent,good,medium and poor agricultural wa-ter use determined by non-uniform segmentation method were(0.835,+∞),(0.565,0.835],(0.319,0.565]and(0,0.319],respectively.The comprehensive grade of agricultural water use level in China was good.The spatial distribution of water use levels showed the characteristics of"spatial correlation".This method can objectively reflect agricultural wa-ter use level in China and the gap between different provinces,and solves the problem that the determination interval of agricultural water use level changes with water use efficiency.
