摘要
为完善贵州省农区主要害鼠种群年龄鉴定划分标准体系建设内容,对2008~2010年贵州省大方县捕获的285只高山姬鼠(雌鼠138只,雄鼠147只)胴体重数据进行了统计分析.结果表明:高山姬鼠平均胴体重为(16.29±3.41)g.根据胴体重的频次分配特征,参照繁殖状况,将高山姬鼠划分为5个年龄组,制定了各年龄组的胴体重划分标准:幼年组(Ⅰ)(≤12.0 g);亚成年组(Ⅱ)(12.1~16.0 g);成年Ⅰ组(Ⅲ)(16.1~20.0 g);成年Ⅱ组(Ⅳ)(20.1~24.0 g);老年组(V)(>24.0 g).不同年龄组胴体重之间具有显著差异,随着种群年龄的增长而不断增加.不同年龄组种群繁殖力存在显著差异,随着种群年龄的增长,种群繁殖力不断增加,参与种群繁殖的主要群体为成年Ⅰ组、成年Ⅱ组和老年组,平均怀孕率为41.27%,平均睾丸下降率为97.78%,平均繁殖指数为0.7656.种群年龄组成具有明显的季节变化特征.
Abstract
To improve standard system of population age identification and classification of the main rural rodents in Guizhou Province, we analyzed the body weight without viscera of 285 samples of Apodemus chevieri ( 138 female, 147 male), which were captured from Dafang County of Guizhou Provience from 2008 to 2010.The average body weight without viscera was ( 16.29 ± 3.41 ) g.According to the frequency distribution of weight and reproductive status, the Apedemus chevrieri were divided into 5 age groups.The weight division standard was grouped as juvenile ( ≤12.0 g), sub-adult (12.1 ~ 16.0 g), adult Ⅰ (16.1 ~20.0 g), adult Ⅱ (20.1 ~24.0 g), and old age ( >24.0 g).Between groups, there were significant differences in body weight without viscera.With the growth of population age, the indicator increased continuously.Population reproductive capacity of Apodemus chevieri increased gradually with the growth of population age.Adult group Ⅰ, group Ⅱ and the old group were the main reproductive contributors.The average pregnancy rate, average descent rate of testicle and average reproduction index were 41.27% , 97.78% and 0.7656, respectively.There was significant seasonal variation in the population age structure.
