Embryonic Developmental Toxicity of Malachite Green to Gobiocypris rarus
In this paper,Gobiocypris rarus was used as the experimental object to explore the teratogenic and toxic effects of malachite green at different concentrations on embryos of G.rarus.Whose was developed for 4.5 hpf by dry artificial insemination, and the effects of malachite green on embryos was studied by water immersion exposure by setting a blank control group and five concentration groups(1.0 mg/L,1.5 mg/L,2.0 mg/L,2.5 mg/L and 3.0 mg/L).The results showed that the frequency of voluntary movements, the number of jumps, and the hatchability of G.rarus would be decreasing after the malachite green entered. The malachite green in high concentration of 2.5 mg/L and 3.0 mg/L has a high lethal effect on the hatching of G.rarus embryos, while that in low concentration of 1.0 mg/L and 2.0 mg/L has a significant effect on the hatching of G.rarus embryos, affecting the voluntary movement, heartbeat, and hatching ability of G.rarus.G.rarus exposed to malachite green was results in malformation symptoms, such as tail curvature, pericardial cyst edema and so on.
