食蚜瘿蚊对茶蚜的捕食功能反应

茶蚜Toxoptera aurantii(Boyer)是茶树的重要害虫,评估食蚜瘿蚊Aphidoletes aphidimyza(Rondani)对茶蚜的防控潜能,为大田释放天敌食蚜瘿蚊防治茶蚜提供理论依据.在室内条件下,探索了饥饿处理24h的食蚜瘿蚊3 龄幼虫对3 龄茶蚜的捕食功能反应、搜寻效应和自身的种内干扰作用,试验完成后继续饲喂,直至食蚜瘿蚊羽化,观察其性别.结果表明:食蚜瘿蚊雌、雄幼虫对茶蚜的捕食功能反应均符合HollingⅡ模型,雌、雄幼虫的最大日捕食量分别为19.1、24.5 头,瞬时攻击率(a′)分别为0.780、0.459,处理时间(Th)分别为0.052、0.041 d;食蚜瘿蚊捕食量随着茶蚜密度的增加而增加,搜寻效应随着茶蚜密度的增加而下降,自身密度干扰方程为E=0.421P-0.892,相同的猎物密度下,雌虫的搜寻效应高于雄虫.食蚜瘿蚊对茶蚜具有较好的控害潜能,且雌虫对茶蚜的控害能力优于雄虫.
The Predation Functional Responses of Aphidoletes aphidimyza to Toxoptera aurantii
Toxoptera aurantii(Boyer)is an important pest of Tea plant.Evaluating the control potential of Aphidoletes aphidimyza(Rondani)against T.aurantii,could provide a theoretical basis for releasing A.aphidimyza to control T.aurantii in the field.Under indoor conditions,the predation functional response,searching effect and intraspecific interference of the 3rd instar larvae of A.aphidimyza starved for 24 h to 3rd instar nymphs of T.aurantii were explored.After the predation function experiment,A.aphidimyza was fed continuously until emergence,and its sex was observed.The results showed that the predatory functional responses of female and male A.aphidimyza larvae to T.aurantii were consistent with the Holling II model.The maximum daily predation of female and male larvaes were 19.1 and 24.5,respectively.The instantaneous attack rates(a′)were 0.780 and 0.459,with a handing time(Th)of 0.052 and 0.041 d,respectively.The predation amount of A.aphidimyza increased with the increase of the tea aphid density,except for the searching efficiency,and the density interference equation of A.aphidimyza larvae was E=0.421P-0.892.Under the same prey density,the searching efficiency of females was higher than males.A.aphidimyza has better control potential against tea aphid,and the control ability of female is better than that of male.
