蝉花预防治疗阿尔兹海默病的网络药理学分析

为探究蝉花预防治疗阿尔兹海默病的作用机制,通过搜索中药系统药理学数据库和分析平台(TCMSP)、Symmap、Swiss Target Prediction、GeneCards、PubChem等数据库,使用Cytoscape3.7.2、AutoDock、Pymol等软件开展网络药理学和分子对接分析.结果表明:筛选到4 个重要成分和289 个潜在靶点.基因组百科全书(KEGG)富集靶点数较高的信号通路包括癌症、神经活性配体-受体相互作用、化学致癌-受体活化、人巨细胞病毒感染、阿尔茨海默病这5 条通路.分子对接验证了 4 个重要成分和 4 个关键靶点可自发结合,表明蝉花作用于机体后通过MAPK3、MAPK1、HSP90AA1 和EGFR等关键靶点对阿尔兹海默病进行预防和治疗.
Network Pharmacology Analysis of Cordyceps cicadae in the Prevention and Treatment of Alzheimer's
In order to explore the mechanism of Cordyceps cicadae in the prevention and treatment of Alzheimer's disease,the network pharmacology and molecular docking analysis were carried out by searching Traditional Chinese Medicine Database and Analysis Platform(TCMSP),Symmap,Swiss Target Prediction,GeneCards,PubChem and other databases,using Cytasape 3.7.2,AutoDock,pymol and other software.A total of 4 important components and 289 potential targets were screened.The five pathways with more targets enriched by genome Encyclopedia(KEGG)were Cancer,Neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction,Chemical carcinogenic-receptor activation,Human cytomegalovirus infection and Alzheimer's disease.Molecular docking results verify that the 4 important components and 4 key targets can spontaneously combine,revealing C.cicadae could be uesd to prevent and treat Alzheimer's disease,through the key target such as MAPK3,MAPK1,HSP90AA1 and EGFR.
