基于纤维素材料的摩擦纳米发电机研究进展

近年来摩擦纳米发电机(TENG)发展迅速,在能量收集、人机交互、可穿戴电子、医疗电子等领域有着广泛应用.传统的TENG采用聚合物材料和金属材料制备,它们无法生物降解,难以回收循环利用,会对环境造成污染,因此制备绿色环保的TENG成为了研究热点.纤维素材料以其可降解、可再生、易改性、易加工等优点,促进了环境友好型TENG的发展.简要介绍了TENG的结构组成、工作原理和工作模式,重点总结了纳米纤维素膜、纤维素纸、纤维素气凝胶作为摩擦电材料的TENG研究进展与应用实例,并对纤维素基TENG未来发展进行了展望.
Research progress of triboelectric nanogenerator based on cellulose materials
In recent years,triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG)has developed rapidly and is widely used in the fields of energy collection,human-computer interaction,wearable electronics medical electronics and so on.Traditional TENG is usually prepared from the nonbiodegradable and unrecyclable polymer materials and metal materials,which will definitely pollute the environment.Therefore,the exploration of green TENG has become a research hotspot.Cellulose materials promote the development of environment-friendly TENG with advantages of degradability,regeneration,easy modification and processing.In this paper,the structure,working principle and working mode of TENG are briefly introduced and the research progress and application examples of nanocelluloses film,cellulose paper and cellulose aerogel as triboelectric materials are emphatically summarized.Finally,the future development of cellulose based TENG is prospected.
