装载机液压测试系统设计与应用

为了监控装载机液压系统状态,对液压系统进行性能诊断分析和优化设计,搭建了基于MATLAB/Simulink和LabVIEW的多通道数据采集系统对装载机的液压系统进行数据采集测试.系统的数据采集程序在MATLAB/Simulink上进行搭建,搭建完成后导出到PowerECU-57AL控制器中实现多路信号的同步采集,通过CAN分析仪将采集到的数据传入测试系统,使用LabVIEW对测试系统的监控界面进行设计,通过CAN通讯协议接收控制器采集数据并对数据进行分析和处理.实车测试结果表明,该系统可以同步采集多路模拟信号和CAN总线信号,并可以将采集到的数据实时显示在监控界面中,能有效的反映装载机液压系统工作时各个参数的变化特征,能够满足装载机液压系统的数据采集测试要求.
Design and application of hydraulic test system for loaders
To monitor the hydraulic system status of a loader and conduct performance diagnostic analysis and optimization design,a multi-channel data acquisition system was implemented using MATLAB/Simulink and LabVIEW.The data acquisition program,constructed in MATLAB/Simulink,was exported to the PowerECU-57AL controller to achieve synchronized collection of multiple signals.The collected data was transmitted to the testing system via a CAN analyzer.The monitoring interface of the testing system was designed using LabVIEW,utilizing the CAN communication protocol to receive and analyze the data collected by the controller.Real-world testing results demonstrate that the system effectively synchronizes the collection of multiple analog signals and CAN bus signals,displaying them in real-time on the monitoring interface.This system aptly reflects the dynamic characteristics of various parameters during the operation of the loader's hydraulic system,thereby meeting the stringent requirements for data collection testing of the loader's hydraulic system.
