超温致碳酸二甲酯加压塔材质劣化分析

对超温后的碳酸二甲酯加压塔的材质进行分析.通过现场检验和检测,对筒节周向膨胀量,筒节壁厚,内外部宏观损伤,超温部件的金相组织、硬度及尺寸变化等方面进行了分析.考虑硬度值的要求,确定了承受超温损伤材料的许用应力,并对超温筒体、开孔补强进行了强度校核.分析发现碳酸二甲酯加压塔基本满足强度要求,建议在筒节人孔处进行开孔补强处理,从而保证碳酸二甲酯加压塔可以继续安全使用.
Material deterioration analysis of dimethyl carbonate pressurized tower caused by over-temperature
The material of the dimethyl carbonate pressurized tower after over-temperature was analyzed.Through on-site inspection and testing,the circumferential expansion of the cylinder joint,the wall thickness of the cylinder joint,the macroscopic damage of the internal and external parts,and the metallographic structure,hardness and size change of the over-temperature parts were analyzed.Considering the requirements of the hardness value,the allowable stress of the material subjected to over-temperature damage was determined,and the strength of the over-temperature cylinder and open-hole reinforcement were checked.Through the analysis,it is found that the dimethyl carbonate pressurized tower basically meets the strength requirements,and it is recommended to carry out the opening reinforcement treatment at the manhole of the cylinder joint,so as to ensure that the dimethyl carbonate pressurized tower can continue to serve safely.
