Urban park as one of the part of urban green infrastructure has important social, economic, ecological and cultural functions. The spatial distribution of urban parks will affect their utilization, accessibility and equity directly. We take Jinan city as the study area to analyze the spatial accessibility of urban park and get the integrated accessibility of urban park based on the cost weighted distance method and logistic model as well as the PCI ( Park Attractive Index). The analysis was supported by using the land use, road network, and urban parks data interpreted manually from the ALOS remote sensing image (2009) based on RS and GIS. The results indicate that: 1) in general, urban parks have a good spatial accessibility and integrated accessibility. The accessibility in 20 minutes accounts for about 80% of the study area, however, the spatial distribution is not balanced. It shows that higher accessibility is in the center but lower in the periphery. In addition, the mountain areas in the south decrease the integrated accessibility; 2) the parks have higher PCI will increase their integrated accessibility significantly. The research will help to improve the accessibility analysis method, and at the same time will provide an important reference for city planners and decision - makers to design and manage the urban parks.
