APPLICATION OF EXCEL IN CALCULATION OF PLANTS COMMUNITIES BIODIVERSITY INDEX ---TWO CASES STUDY OF ABIES GEORGEI VAR.SMITHII COMMUNITIES AND SHRUB-GRASS COMMUNITIES
Biodiversity indices are important parameters in studies of community ecology,which are widelyused in research and assessment of plants communities.In this paper,several common functions and computationalformulas of biodiversity were presented for calculating biodiversity index.Two examples were illustrated to calculatebiodiversities index of tree layer and shrubgrass layer.At last,the advantage of Excel was summarized inecological statistical evaluation.
