摘要
通过对山东水文服务水生态文明建设现状的梳理,分析了山东水文服务水生态文明建设工作中的短板弱项.以此为基础,从山东水文基础设施建设、人才队伍建设、业务经费投入及理论创新方面提出了建设性建议,以期为水文更加精准服务水生态文明建设提供参考.
Abstract
Through the review of the status quo of hydrology service in water ecological civilization in Shandong,this paper analyzes the shortcomings and weaknesses of Shandong hydrology service.On this basis,constructive suggestions are put forward from the aspects of hydrological infrastructure construction,talent team construction,business fund investment and theoretical innovation,to provide references for hydrology in the water ecological civilization with more accurately inputs and efforts.
