摘要
为分析惠民县水资源利用存在的问题,并有针对性地提出改进措施,广泛收集该县水资源量、用水指标、需水量等基础数据,总结惠民县水资源承载力概况.通过分析发现该县在水资源利用上存在用水结构不合理、用水效率低、机制体制不健全等问题,结合惠民县实际,提出建议措施.
Abstract
In order to analyze the problems existing in the utilization of water resources in Huimin County,and put forward targeted improvement measures,the basic data such as water resources quantity,water consumption index and water demand were widely collected,and the general situation of water resources carrying capacity was summarized.Through the analysis,it is found that there are some problems in the utilization of water resources in this county,such as unreasonable water use structure,low water use efficiency and imperfect mechanism.Combining with the actual situation,the paper puts forward some suggestions.
