摘要
在充分调研齐河县水资源现状基础上,结合水网规划,提出水资源配置工程的规划布局,通过重点领域节水、非常规水源利用等重大举措,加快形成水资源节约集约利用的产业结构、生产方式、生活方式、空间格局,以节约用水扩大发展空间,实现人与自然和谐共生,打造黄河流域水资源高效利用试验区.
Abstract
On the basis of fully investigation of water resources in Qihe County,the planning and layout of water resources allocation project is proposed,combined with the water network planning.Through key measures such as water saving in key areas and unconventional water source utilization,the industrial structure,production mode,lifestyle and spatial pattern of water resource conservation and intensive use are accelerated to expand development space by saving water.To achieve harmonious coexistence between man and nature,and build a pilot zone for efficient use of water resources in the Yellow River Basin.
