Present Situation of Hydrological Culture Programming and Suggestions in Shandong
Hydrology culture is an important content of water culture,which is the spiritual wealth accumulated by the hydrologist from hydrology practice in the long term.It is an important achievement of the development of hydrology and the significant symbol of the civilization in the hydrology industry.Through literature review,data collection,site sur-vey,discussion and consultation,the paper reviews the status of hydrologic culture construction in Shandong in detail.At present,there are still some problems,such as unclear cultural resources,imperfect top-level design,insufficient cultural integration,relatively insufficient resource input,insufficient cultural achievements,and little publicity and promotion.Based on the actual situation from the three different levels of county,municipality and province,five coun-termeasures and suggestions were put forward,including strengthening top-level design and planning,constructing ed-ucation inheritance system,deepening the integration of cultural projects,expanding communication and display chan-nels,and improving operation guarantee mechanism,with the target of providing reference for the national hydrologic culture construction.
