介绍了胶东调水管涵工程实行标准化管理的必要性和取得的成效,分析当前标准化管理在管理机构、人才、标准等方面存在的问题,针对机制建设、队伍建设、管理制度等提出意见与建议.
Abstract
This paper introduces the necessity and achievements of implementing standardized management in Jiaodong water diverdsion culverts project,analyzes the standardized management problems in institution,human resources,standards,etc.,and furthermore,puts forward opinions and suggestions for mechanism and team construction,as well as management system.
