摘要
嵩山水库灌区运行多年来,为灌区内的农业灌溉提供了水源保障,为沿途镇街园区的经济发展和人民生活水平提高做出了巨大贡献.但由于灌区工程运行久远,老化失修严重,影响了工程效益的发挥.文章论述了灌区设施现状,指出了骨干工程存在的主要问题,分析了节水改造的必要性,可使灌区灌排条件得到进一步改善,为粮食安全提供重要保障.
Abstract
Songshan Reservoir irrigation area has been in operation for many years,providing water source guarantee for agricultural irrigation,as well as making great contributions to the economic development and improving of people's liv-ing standard of towns,communities and industrial parks along the way.However,due to the long running of irrigation projects with serious aging and disrepair,the project benefits are affected.This paper discusses the current situation of the facilities in the irrigation area,points out the problems existing in the key projects,and analyzes the necessity of wa-ter-saving transformation,which can further improve the irrigation and drainage in the area and provide an important guarantee for food security.
