Management Problems and Countermeasures of Rural Small Water Project in Huimin
Rural small water project is an important part of rural infrastructure.Deepen the reform of the management mechanism of small-scale irrigation projects and make clear the ownership,and assume the responsibility of manage-ment and protection to ensure the stable function of the safety and benefits of water projects.This paper takes Huimin County as the research,analyzes the rural small water projects management,summarizes the existing problems,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the development of rural small water projects in Huimin County.
