Discussion on Land Use Planning of Silt Back Area in Urban Section of the Yellow River in Jinan
Silk back area is an important part of the Yellow River flood control project.This paper introduces the development and utilization of the Yellow River silt back area in the urban area of Jinan systematically,analyzes the main problems existing in the development process deeply.Furthermore,the paper proposes to take the construction of the Yellow River ecological landscape line as the lead,such actions can be taken as developing and utilizing the land resources in the silt back area rationally,promoting the planting industry according to local conditions actively,invigorating the flood control and emergency materials storage industry,and developing the Yellow River water eco-tourism and other land use planning,to provide reference for the scientific development and utilization of land in the silt back area.
