This paper analyzes the ecological and environmental problems of Huyang River ecological zone in Yimeng Mountain region,and puts forward a series of technical solutions for protection and restoration from the aspects of water resources management and allocation,soil and water conservation,river channel and wetland restoration,ecological protection and restoration,etc.,which provides strong support for solving the problems of water resources and ecological environment in mountain areas.
