Discussion on File Management in Xiaoqing River Comprehensive Flood Control and Water Diversion to Jiaodong Project
The construction of major water resources projects has the characteristics of large scale,long cycle and huge investment,and a large number of files will be produced in the whole construction process.As an important carrier to record the whole process of construction execution and management,the significance of engineering files is self-evident.This paper introduces the main practice and function of the file management in Xiaoqing River comprehensive flood control and water diversion to Jiaodong project in the whole cycle,providing reference for the file management of subsequent water projects.
