Suggestions on Reservoir Flood Forecasting and Regulation Based on Typhoon Rainstorm Weather
In recent years,extreme rainstorm weather events have increased in our country,resulting in severe disasters or significant impacts.In order to ensure flood control safety,reduce disaster losses and effectively store flood resources,the uncertainty of forecasting heavy and extremely heavy rain should be fully taken into account,and great attention should be paid to the preparation before rain,the implementation of flood forecasting and regulation during rain,as well as the summary of experience and lessons after rain.In view of the situation of reservoir flood control in Shandong Province in recent years,as well as the existing mistakes and shortcomings,this paper puts forward some suggestions on reservoir flood forecast and control based on typhoon rainstorm forecast,which can provide reference for flood control de-cision-making.
