山东省水系连通及水美乡村建设实践

摘要
水系连通及水美乡村建设是实现乡村振兴战略的重要举措,也是新时代水利高质量发展的必然要求.为总结山东省水系连通与水美乡村的建设思路与管理模式,打造一批可复制、可推广的样板,文章选取临沂、日照两市相关县(区)为研究区域,分析了区域建设成效、经验与存在的主要问题,提出对策建议,以期为推动山东省水系连通及水美乡村建设提供参考.
Abstract
Water system connectivity and beautiful water village construction are important measures to realize the strat-egy of rural revitalization,and also the inevitable requirements of high-quality development of water resources in the new era.In order to summarize the ideas and management mode of water system connectivity and beautiful water village con-struction in Shandong Province,and create series of replicable models,this paper selects the relevant counties(districts)from Linyi and Rizhao municipalities as the research sample area,analyzes the effectiveness,experience and main prob-lems of regional construction,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,hoping to provide references for pro-moting water system connectivity and beautiful water village construction in Shandong Province.
