Experimental Research on the Determination of Ammonia Nitrogen content in Water Bodies Based on Gas Phase Molecular Spectroscopy
In the paper,it utilizes an automatic gas phase molecular spectrometer to measure the ammonia nitrogen in water and conducts tests on detection limits, precision, and accuracy. The results demonstrate that gas phase molecular spectroscopy for determining ammonia nitrogen in water bodies outperforms the classic Nessler's reagent colorimetric method in terms of minimum detection limit, lower limit of quantification, precision, and accuracy. It meets the practical work requirements and can be adopted for environmental monitoring of water.
