摘要

塘坝可以有效防止洪水灾害的发生,通过建造塘坝,可以将洪水暂时储存在坝体中,减缓洪峰流量,降低洪水对下游地区的冲击力,防止水土流失,提升流域水安全.文章以费县祊河流域水环境治理工程施工为例,重点介绍复合导水土工膜在塘坝中的施工工艺及应用效果.

Abstract

A small pond and dam can effectively prevent the flood disasters.Through it,the flood can be temporarily stored inside,which can slow down the peak flood flow,reduce the impact of the flood to the downstream area,prevent soil erosion and improve the water security of the basin.Taking the water environment treatment project in Beng River basin in Feixian county as an example,the paper mainly introduces the construction technology and effect of composite soil and water guiding membrane in small pond and dam.
