大中型调水泵站智能安全监测系统研究与应用

南水北调东线泵站工程均为大(1)型工程,也是电力设备设施集中管理的重点区域.运行中发现电力设备设施的大电流接头触头高温烧损、电气设备漏电跳闸、主机组绕组对地绝缘降低等问题是造成泵站不能正常运行的主要问题.为有效解决上述问题,现场结合运行需求开发研究了泵站电力系统智能安全监测系统,并投入现场运行应用,取得了一定效果.
Research and Application of Intelligent Safety Monitoring System for Large and Medium-sized Water Diversion Pumping Stations
The pumping stations in the east route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project are all large(1)type,which are also the key in centralized management of power equipment and facilities.In operation,it is found that the high temperature burning of the high-current joint contacts of the power equipment,the leakage trip of the electrical equip-ment,and the reduction of the winding insulation to the ground of the main unit are the main problems that cause the nor-mal operation of the pumping station.In order to address the above problems effectively,the intelligent safety monitoring system of the power for the pumping station was studied and developed in combination with the operational requirements on the site,and was put into field operation and application.
