摘要
通过对比普通发包模式可见EPC项目总承包模式应用优势是显著的.分析了EPC总承包模式下水利工程造价管理中存在的风险,并提出对策,为类似EPC总承包模式下的水利工程造价管理,实现参建各方利益最大化提供参考价值.
Abstract
By comparing with the common contracting mode,it can be seen that the application advantages of EPC project general contracting mode are significant.This paper analyzes the risks existing in the cost management of water projects under EPC general contracting mode,and puts forward countermeasures to provide reference value for the cost manage-ment of water projects under similar EPC general contracting mode to maximize the benefits of all parties involved.
