介绍了聊城市现代水网规划思路,论述了其以"五横六纵"为骨架,规划一批"河、湖、库、渠"连通、拦蓄工程,构建聊城市水资源配置网、防洪减灾网、生态景观网、中心城区网、智慧水利网,形成"一心两廊、五横六纵、河网互联、库塘相间"的现代水网格局,为全市经济社会高质量发展提供坚实水利保障.
Abstract
This paper introduces the planning concept of modern water grid in Liaocheng,discusses its"five horizontal and six vertical structure"as the framework,planning a number of"river,lake,reservoir,canal"connection and storage projects,to build a great grid composed by water resources allocation network,flood control and disaster reduction network,ecological landscape network,central city network,intelligent water network in Liaocheng.The formation of a modern water grid pattern of"one center,two corridors,five horizontal and six vertical,river network interconnection,reservoir and pond scattering",provides a solid water security for the city's economic and social high-quality development.
