摘要
邹平市每年降雨主要集中在6～9月之间,辖区地势南高北低、西高东低,地形复杂,在汛期易发生洪涝灾害,会严重威胁人民群众的生命财产安全.防御物资保障是抗洪抢险救灾机制中尤为重要的内容.本文对邹平市水旱灾害防御物资储备管理现状及经验做法进行了介绍,并对物资储备管理中存在的问题进行了分析,提出了相应建议.
Abstract
Rainfall in Zouping is primarily concentrated between June and September each year.In the region,with its terrain higher in the south and lower in the north,and higher in the west and lower in the east,it has complex topography that makes it prone to flood disasters during the rainy season,posing a serious threat to the safety of people's lives and property.The provision of defense materials is especially critical within the flood disaster response and relief mechanism.In the paper,it introduces the current situation and practices in the management of flood and drought disaster defense material reserves in Zouping.It also analyzes existing problems in material reserve management and proposes corresponding recommendations.
