In the paper,it begins with the feasibility study,the approval of the implementation plan,and the construction management of the 8th phase of the continuing development and water-saving renovation projects in the Penglou Yellow River Irrigation Area.It elaborates on the experiences and effectiveness achieved in project construction and implementation,analyzes existing issues,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions provides reference to further advance the construction of water-saving irrigation areas.
