摘要
面对水资源短缺、防洪排涝体系不尽完善、湿地修复与退化并存、土地盐碱化程度较重等制约黄河三角洲区域生态保护和高质量发展的水问题,本文在调研的基础上,从加强水资源节约集约利用、做好湿地保护与修复工作、完善防洪减灾体系、坚持系统治理思想等方面提出对策建议,以期为黄河三角洲区域生态保护和高质量发展提供借鉴和参考.
Abstract
To address the water resources shortage,imperfect flood control and drainage system,wetland restoration and degradation,land salinization and other water problems restricting ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Delta region,and based on the investigation,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of strengthening the conservation and intensive use of water resources,wetland protection and restoration,improving the flood control and disaster reduction system,and adhering to the idea of systematic management,so as to provide reference for the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River delta region.
