This paper analyzes the current situation of operation and management of Xiaoqing River in Dongying Municipality,and the shortcomings and weak links of the operation and management of the river project caused by the high water level of the re-navigation,and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions to promote the construction of Xiaoqing River into a green corridor and a golden waterway.
