In Jining Municipality,it issued a work plan for upgrading of the river and lake chief system,to promote the work deeply,with achievements of closed-loop management of problem discovery,task decomposition,responsibility compaction,and tracking implementation.The paper summarizes the innovation practice experience,and provides suggestions and references for the high-quality development in next step.
