Spatial-temporal differences of precipitation and surface runoff are important factors affecting water resources utilization in Jiaodong Peninsula.In order to efficiently adjust the utilization rate of precipitation and alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of regional water resources,improving the storage capacity of reservoirs through capacity increase projects has become an important way to solve such problems.In the process,how to coordinate the soil and water conservation and environmental protection is the key task of reservoir capacity increase construction.Taking Wangwu Reservoir capacity expansion project in Longkou City as an example,this paper analyzes the collaborative promotion plan of soil and water conservation and environmental protection in the process of over-counties reservoir capacity expansion construction,and provides a case reference for decision-making in this field.
