摘要
论述了德州市地下水超采区基本情况,提出了治理原则、目标及措施,总结了取得的成效,并从水资源管理、超采治理等方面提出建议,为后续工作开展提供参考.
Abstract
This paper discusses the basic situation of groundwater over-extraction area in Dezhou Municipality,puts forward the principles,objectives and measures of treatment,summarizes the achievements,and puts forward suggestions from the aspects of water resources management and over-extraction treatment,to provide reference for the follow-up work.
