This paper summarizes the current situation of hydrological management operation mechanism in Jinan Municipality,puts forward the existing problems in policy and regulation construction,management socialization level,grass-roots management capacity,financial budget input,talent team structure,hydrological publicity and cultural construction,and furthermore puts forward development countermeasures based on high-quality development.
