摘要
通过介绍聊城市深化农业水价综合改革的重点工作推进情况及亮点模式,以及计量设施完善提升、精准补贴和奖励等方面所做的工作和取得的初步成果,提出了建立专业化运维公司、推动区域综合水价等建议,以期为其他地区深化农业水价综合改革提供借鉴参考.
Abstract
By introducing the key work and highlight mode of deepening the comprehensive reform of agricultural water price in Liaocheng,as well as the preliminary achievements in improving and upgrading metering facilities,precise subsidies and rewards,this paper puts forward suggestions on establishing a professional operation and maintenance company and promoting regional comprehensive water price,in order to provide reference for deepening the comprehensive reform of agricultural water price in other areas.
