Abstract
In order to establish a scientific operation management system in a long-term,promote the professional and standardized management of rural water supply projects,and continue to improve the rural drinking water safety,the local government of Juancheng County puts forward the concept of"large-scale development,standardized construction,market operation,enterprise run,professional management".Based on the concept,it established and improved the management mechanism of rural drinking water safety project in a long-term.With promoting the"county-level united management"from"surface"to"deep-inside",from establishment to effectiveness,it achieved consistency practical benefits.
