摘要
兰陵县农业水价综合改革任务基本完成,农业水价有所提高,灌溉水费计收率有所增长,取得了较为显著的改革成效.由于受多种因素影响,改革不够彻底,仍要全面分析和认识当前农业水价改革所存在问题,采取有效措施完善水费计收机制.本文介绍了兰陵县农业水价综合改革的经验做法,并深入分析存在问题,提出了相应的建议.
Abstract
The comprehensive reform of agricultural water price in Lanling County has been basically completed,with more remarkable reform achievements,such as,the agricultural water price and the rate of irrigation water charge have been increased.Due to the influence of many factors,the reform is not thorough enough,it is still necessary to comprehensively analyze and understand the existing problems in the current agricultural water price reform,and take effective measures to improve the water fee collection mechanism.This paper introduces the experience and practice of the comprehensive reform of agricultural water price in Lanling County,analyzes the existing problems deeply,and puts forward the corresponding suggestions.
