摘要
日照市东港区通过创新水土保持"碳汇"治理路径,重塑生产建设项目水土保持监管体系;实施造林绿化和小流域治理工程,有效增加蓄水保水能力;加强水土保持监管;构建政府与部门协同的立体监管格局等举措取得了显著的生态、经济和社会效益,体现了水土保持工作在生态文明建设中的重要作用.
Abstract
In Donggang District of Rizhao Municipality,it reshaped the soil and water conservation supervision system of production and construction projects by innovating the"carbon sink"treatment path of soil and water conservation;Afforestation and small river basin improvement projects were implemented to effectively increase water storage capacity;Strengthen soil and water conservation supervision;Measures such as building a three-dimensional supervision pattern of coordination between the government and other agencies;All the above mentioned actions have achieved remarkable ecological,economic and social benefits,reflecting the important role of soil and water conservation in the construction of ecological civilization.
