摘要
介绍了临沂市水资源管理的现状,从水资源刚性约束制度不健全、水资源指标紧缺、节水能力有待提高等方面分析存在的困难与问题,并提出了加强临沂市当前水资源管理工作的对策建议.
Abstract
This paper introduced the current situation of water resources management in Linyi Municipality,analyzed the existing difficulties and problems from the aspects of the imperfect rigid constraint system of water resources,the shortage of water resources index and the need to improve water-saving ability,and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the current water resources management in Linyi Municipality.
