基于沂河流域临沂水文站1951-2023年径流量和1954-2023年输沙量时间序列资料,采用M-K检验法、水文统计法、双累积曲线法等对临沂水文站水沙特性进行了年际、年代、年内趋势分析和相关分析.结果表明:沂河径流量、输沙量总体呈下降趋势,输沙量减少更为显著;年代平均径流呈现"降—升—降—升"趋势,年代平均输沙呈现"降—升—降—升—降"趋势,年代输沙较年代径流波动有所滞后;径流量、输沙量主要集中在7月、8月,分别占全年总量的63%、90%;水沙关系演变有4个转折点,分别为1960年、1980年、1998年和2020年.气候因素、水利工程、水土保持工程建设及"两山"理念、美丽幸福河湖建设、山水林田湖草沙保护和修复工程等流域综合治理等措施,使水沙关系波动中趋于稳定.通过沂河水沙特性分析,对沂河防汛抗旱、水利工程建设、水量调度管理、水资源合理配置、水生态保护修复等工作提供一定参考.
Analysis of Water and Sediment Characteristics in Linyi Section,Yihe River Basin
Based on the time series data of runoff from 1951-2023 and sediment transport from 1954-2023 of Linyi Hydrological Station in the Yihe River Basin,M-K test method,hydrologic statistics method and double accumulation curve method were used to analyze the inter-annual,decadal and annual trend and correlation analysis of the water and sediment characteristics of Linyi hydrological Station.The results show that the runoff and sediment transport of the Yi River has a decreasing trend,and the sediment transport decreases more significantly.The average annual runoff showed a"down-up-down-up"trend,and the average annual sediment transport a"down-up-down-up-down"trend,and the annual sediment transport lagged behind the annual runoff fluctuation.The runoff and sediment transport were mainly concentrated in July and August,accounting for 63%and 90%of the annual total,respectively.There are four turning points in the evolution of water-sediment relationship,1960,1980,1998 and 2020.Climate factors,water projects,soil and water conservation projects and the concept of"two mountains",the construction of beautiful and happy rivers and lakes,integrated protection of mountains,forests,fields,lakes,grass and sand,and restoration projects,as well as other comprehensive management measures,all the above factors have made the water-sediment relationship more stable in the fluctuation.Through the analysis of water and sediment characteristics of Yihe River,some references are provided for flood control and drought relief,water conservancy project construction,water scheduling and management,rational allocation of water resources,water ecological protection and restoration of Yihe River.
