水文测站多种高程基准之间的转换分析

针对过去对水文测站基面考证、水准考证的理解停留在碎片化、表面化,导致对考证中问题的解决经常存在多种见解的现象,该文提出了水文测站高程基准的概念,认为水文测站有自成体系的高程系统,基本水准点具有"控制点"的作用,可实现水文测站高程基准与国家高程基准之间的高程转换.通过对水文测站多种高程基准之间的转换分析,系统阐述了水文测站冻结基面的概念及意义.
Analysis of Conversion between Various Elevation Datum of Hydrologic Station
In the past,the understanding of base surface and level verification of hydrological stations remained fragmented and superficial,leading to multiple opinions on the solution of problems in the verification.In this paper,the concept of elevation datum of hydrologic station is put forward,and it is considered that hydrologic station has its own elevation system.The basic level has the function of"control point",realizing the elevation conversion between the elevation datum of hydrographic station and the national elevation datum.The concept and significance of frozen base of hydrologic station are expounded from the point of view of system by analyzing the conversion between various elevation datum.
