尚庄水库雨水工情自动测报系统建设与应用

山东省有小型水库约5 256座,约占水库总数的95.20%.目前山东省小型水库雨水工情监测设施缺失严重,不能及时上报水库雨水工情信息.文章以尚庄水库为例,通过在水库上设置水位计、渗压计,雨量计、视频等观测设施,自动测量、测报雨量、水位、渗流数据,实现小型水库实测雨量、水位、渗压情况到监测系统的实时传输,构建了具有预报、预警、预演、预案功能的智慧水利测报系统,通过该系统及时预报预警,保障了当地人民群众生命财产安全.
Construction and Application of Automatic Rainwater Monitoring System in Shangzhuang Reservoir
There are about 5 256 small reservoirs in Shandong Province,accounting for 95.20%of the total.At present,there is a serious lack of rainwater monitoring facilities for small reservoirs in Shandong,which is not possible to report the rainwater information of reservoirs in time.This paper takes Shangzhuang Reservoir as an example.By setting observation facilities such as water level gauge,osmometer,rainfall gauge and video on the reservoir,the data of rainfall,water level and seepage flow can be automatically measured and reported,and real-time transmission of measured rainfall,water level and osmometer of small reservoirs can be realized to the monitoring system.An intelligent water measurement and reporting system with forecasting,early warning,rehearsal and preplan functions is constructed.Through the system timely forecast and early warning,to ensure the safety of local people's lives and property.
