大汶河流域治理管理问题及对策

摘要
大汶河流经济南市、泰安市、济宁市,是黄河下游生态保护和高质量发展的主阵地,提升大汶河流域治理管理能力具有重要意义.本文从大汶河流域治理管理现状入手,梳理治理管理过程中面临的重大水问题,思考提升流域治理管理能力的方法和途径,并提出相应的对策与建议.
Abstract
The Dawen River flows through 3 municipalities of Jinan,Tai'an and Jining,which is the main place of ecological protection and high-quality development of the lower Yellow River,and it is of great significance to improve the treatment and management capacity of Dawen River basin.This paper starts with the status quo of Dawen River basin,sorts out the major water problems faced in the process of treatment and management,with thinking about the methods and ways to improve the management capacity,and putting forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
