Practical Exploration and Strategic Consideration on Improving the Safety Guarantee Capacity of the Yellow River Channel in Grass-roots Agencies
In recent years,Shandong Province has introduced a number of powerful measures to strengthen the management of the downstream of Yellow River and standardizing economic construction activities in related areas.Tai'an Municipality of Shandong Province also carries out beneficial exploration of river management and improving river safety according to relevant regulations and guidance.Based on the practical experience of Tai'an,this paper introduces the beneficial practices and factors in river channel security,and then puts forward some strategic suggestions that are suitable for the characteristics of Yellow downstream River's channel management,with expectation to meet the practical situation of grass-roots agencies.
