摘要
为推动河长制综合建设取得全面成效,德州市结合各地区、各湖泊实际,全面推进河长制河长制、海长制长效治理.在现有管理基础上,通过体制、机制和制度的优化和现代化技术措施的实施,从全局出发来确定和衡量治理方式,促进水生态的持续改善以及水质的显著改善.
Abstract
To promote the comprehensive construction of the river chief system,in Dezhou Municipality,it takes comprehensive actions for the long-term improvement of the river and lake chief system,according to the actual conditions of various regions and lakes.On the basis of the existing management,through the optimization of the system,mechanism and regulation,as well as the implementation of modern technical measures,the improvement way is determined and measured from the overall perspective,and the continuous improvement of water ecology and the significant increase of water quality are promoted.
