建设幸福河湖是一项系统工程,必须坚持规划引领、统筹兼顾、分步实施,坚持问题导向、精准施策、全面提升.本文结合德州实际,在总结全市美丽河湖建设路径、措施和成效基础上,以建设"安澜兴利、健康优美、文化提升、管护科学、效益凸显"的高质量幸福河湖为目标,探讨、思考幸福河湖建设存在的问题与对策.
Abstract
The construction of happy river and lake is a systematic project,which must adhere to planning,overall consideration,step by step implementation,problem-oriented,accurate policies,and comprehensive improvement.Based on the actual situation in Dezhou,this paper summarizes the path,measures and results of the construction of beautiful rivers and lakes in the city,and aims to build a high-quality happy river and lake that is"peaceful and beneficial,healthy and beautiful,cultural enhancement,scientific management and protection,and prominent benefits",and discusses the existing problems and countermeasures in the construction of happy rivers and lakes.
